a little pumpkin's first birthday party

Monday, October 31, 2011

my little nephew, david, had a perfect little pumpkin's 1st birthday party last weekend and we all had a blast at his party! his mom (my niece), ailynne and the whole family pulled all their creative ideas together and hosted a fun festive fall party for the kiddos!

ailynne's sister, anne-marie, decorated the buffet area with adorable hanging balloons and paper poms. delicious traditional filipino food were served for lunch!

the backyard was decked out with bales of hay and baby pumpkins for a fun photo area!

the cake looked and tasted divine. how lovely that it's displayed with orange burlap.
the dessert table was so tempting with french macarons, pumpkin cake balls and cupcakes!

there was a bounce house, facepainting and twist up balloons for the kiddie guests to enjoy and boy, they sure did!

thanks ailynne for sharing all the photos from the party and for having us over! we had so much fun especially aston!

Too cute! Love the theme...I especially like the colored burlap. (I’m so guilty of just using it in it’s natural state, but it’s so easy to dye!)
