bright and bold

i am obsessed with this look. i am positive i can't pull this off  but it definitely works for her. this bright and bold outfit is easily wearable from summer to fall just by slipping on that beautiful cobalt coat. take it off for a fun look for summer or spring filled with crazy patterns and prints!
