cupcakes in tea cups

i'm always on the lookout for other gorgeous options in displaying and serving desserts to create a more unforgettable experience for your guests. i love this idea of serving cupcakes in delicate porcelain teacups especially for weddings, bridal showers, brunch or tea party. 






it is such an elegant and unique way of serving cupcakes ~ and looks darling on display too!

    Ooh yes this is gorgeous! In fact i have actually done this - I made some really simple cheese cakes straight into the cups and then served them at a dinner party with a cup and saucer. People thought they were super cute!

    I had intended to do this for the birthday tea favors last December. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the right container for my display. In any case...I love the pictures you found. They’re gorgeous!

    I'm trying to figure out what that is under the fabric in the second picture? Are those fake topsy turvey cakes? I'm trying to figure out how to do this for my daughters bithday!
