BOYS EASTER STYLE

as a boymom, i delight in planning our little man's easter outfits since he was a baby. now that he's older, i still try my best to share my input but also allowing him to have his own personal spin to it. whether switching out loafers to crocs or doing away with a bowtie, come easter sunday we always have to compromise.

for this year's easter, he has a light blue striped jacket he wore for a wedding last october that luckily still fits him. paired with khakis (or his trendy green pants!) and his old suede loafers, i'm adding a nautical orange tie to the outfit that i hope he likes. so we shall see. the more colorful, the more fun!

Easter Picnic

with gorgeous weather finally here, more plans of spending time outside is in order. time to finally move bulky winter clothes to the back of your closet? possibly.

this shirt dress is a must for spring and summer. the easy casual look is perfect to wear for an easter egg hunt party with the kids. a big straw tote big enough to hold all the eggs and treats is a necessity. a pair of fun sandalscolorful bangles (on sale!) and bright aviators (LOVE!) finish up the cute outfit.

a few important reminder to take note of : it's time to put on the tanning lotion (such as this or this) to get ready for bare legs and it's time to take a dose of your allergy pill to be able to face the garden outside!

Untitled

over the weekend i started a little project of dressing up plastic eggs with washi tapes as seen over at pinterest. it's not the most original idea but i had fun along with my little helper aston, jazzing up easter eggs!

with lots of diversions at home we didn't quite finish so i will show you on a different post how it turned out to be. in the meantime, here are easter projects i did from the past :
